The Winner of the Contest shall collect the Prize within 30 days from the date of the declaring the Contest result. In the event the Winner does not collect the Prize within the stipulated time period, it shall be presumed that the Winner is not interested in taking the Prize and that he/she has waived their right to collect the Prize. The Winner shall have no claim to collect the Prize beyond the time period stipulated above and Maa TV shall not be under any obligation whatsoever to store the Prize for any period beyond the above time period.
